Since its inception in 1956, the Journal of National Taiwan Normal University (Journal of NTNU) has been dedicated to promoting academic exchange, providing a platform for faculty and researchers to publish scholarly articles. 

However, due to the challenges in the allocation of academic resources and increasing budget constraints, the Journal of National Taiwan Normal University will officially cease publication after the release of Volume 69, Issue 2 in September 2024. While publication has come to a halt, the valuable academic achievements published over the years will remain available for free browsing and download on our website to continue the legacy of knowledge sharing.

We deeply regret that this decision marks a loss for the academic community. With heavy hearts, we extend our sincere thanks to all those who have contributed articles, served as reviewers, participated in editorial work, and supported the journal. The 68 years of scholarly work encapsulate the spirit of NTNU, academic pursuits, and social concern. This history and bond will forever be cherished.

We hope that the suspension of the Journal of National Taiwan Normal University is not a permanent farewell, but rather a temporary pause. We look forward to future opportunities to resume our efforts and continue contributing to academic research.
