Journal of NTNU

The Journal of National Taiwan Normal University is a purely academic journal aimed at enhancing the research culture of NTNU and providing a platform for domestic and international instructors and researchers to publish previously unpublished original research papers. Original research papers herein refer to empirical research reports, theoretical or methodological dissertations, or systemized composite articles on specific research topics. This journal is divided into two volumes for publication: “Journal of Research in Education Sciences” and “Journal of National Taiwan Normal University”. This journal welcomes submissions all year round. Submissions are reviewed upon receipt.

The mission of this journal is to publish original research papers in the domain of education (principles of instruction, learning, and assessment; educational administration and strategy; learning courses ; science and technology education). All papers that present educational concepts and results of research and development obtained through empirical research methods, such as methods of quantitative research, qualitative research, or a combination of both, are solicited by this journal. This journal welcomes evaluative papers that show criticalness and creative, innovative thinking. The manuscript should not exceed 7,500 words in English or 20,000 characters in Chinese. This journal welcomes submissions all year round. Submissions are reviewed upon receipt.

The mission of this journal is to publish research paper in the domain of literature, history, and philosophy. This journal welcomes submissions all year round. Submissions are reviewed upon receipt. The regular and special paper around 15,000 to 20,000 words (Chinese) or 6,000 to 9,000 words (English), research commentary around 8,000 to 10,000 words (Chinese) or 4,000 to 6,000 words (English), book review around 3,000 to 5,000 words (Chinese) or 1,000 to 2,000 words (English) are all welcomed for consideration (including the abstract, main content, figures, legends, tables, footnotes, references and appendixes, etc.). If the discipline of a submitted paper does not match the domain or the thesis writing, such a paper will be rejected.
