摘要：

本實驗對綠藻之生長環境、培養方法，曾作一廣泛之初步研究，以期在最經濟之條件下使之繁殖加速，發育健全，並於不影響其生長之限度內設法殺滅其他有害之原生動物，更對工業化培養，大量生產之設計提出簡略之報告。

A Study on the Mass Culture Method of Chlorella Vulgaris Author: Y.S.Wei, S.M.Wang, C.M.Wang

Abstract：

A brief review on the growth conditions and culture of Chlorella cells containing high protein is presented. Under consideration of economic problems an industrial large-scale culture method has been designed. This study was also conducted with a number of antiseptics for comparing the power of inhibition against other micro-organisms which are injurious to Chlorella. Various methods for the treatment and reactivation of mother liquor have been reported.
